Where do you deliver?
|We service selected suburbs in the Sydney Metropolitan Area. You can find a list of these suburbs in Delivery Zone.|
|How much does delivery cost?||We are pleased to offer free delivery with a minimum order of $40. All other orders incur a delivery fee of $5.|
|When can I expect my box to be delivered?||All boxes are delivered on Mondays between 3pm and 8pm. This means you'll have fresh fruit and veg for the duration of the week. If there is a public holiday on the Monday, your box will instead be delivered on the Tuesday, however we will give you advance notice of this.|
|Do I need to be home when my box is delivered?||Not at all. We can leave your box in a place that is convenient for you, whether it be at your front door or in the foyer of your building. We ask that you specify an appropriate and shaded location for us to leave your box to keep it dry and fresh.|
|We're a business. Can we order boxes too?||Yes! Our boxes are offered to households and businesses / organisations alike. If you have special requirements, feel free to contact us directly about getting a box delivered to your office.|
|Do you cater for allergies and preferences?||Absolutely! Please provide details of any allergies and/or 'hates' in your order and we will do our best to replace the item(s) with something equivalent.|
|What's the deadline to make or change an order?||You have up until Sunday 12pm to make or change an order with us for the coming week. This allows us sufficient time to plan and prepare the boxes for the week to come.|
|Can I change, cancel or skip an order?||Sure can! We understand that circumstances change and that you might need to change, cancel or skip an order from time to time. You can do this in the 'Manage Subscriptions' section of the 'My Account' page.|
|I'm not satisfied with my box. What should I do?||Our promise to you is a box full of fresh produce! We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with our box, and this may involve a replacement or refund.|
|Can I create my own box?||Unfortunately not, however we do our best to cater for allergies and 'hates', which we ask you to note down in your order.|
